Clincher Teams
How it works

One schedule.
Everyone in the loop.

What the manager does, what the team sees, and what Clincher handles. The texts below are the real ones.

1

You add the schedule

Tell Clincher your games and practices, by text, from your AI assistant, or on your team page. Add your roster with a phone or email for each person.

YouAdd our games: Thursdays at 7 at Field 2, October 22 through December 10.
ClincherDone. 8 games on the Thursday Softball schedule. Everyone sees them on their page and in their phone's calendar.
2

Everyone says who's in

Before each game, everyone's asked who's in: a text they answer with Y or N, or an email with "I'm in" and "Can't make it" buttons. The day before, a reminder goes only to people who haven't answered.

Texting is the paid plan. Email and everyone's own page are free.

Changes reach everyone at once

Rained out, new field, earlier start: say it once and everyone gets one text, or an email if they don't have a phone on file. Their calendars update too.

Team talk, on everyone's page

A thread for each game for rides, running late and who's bringing what, plus a private line to the manager. One evening digest instead of a buzzing phone, and replying to it by text posts in that game's thread.
